On paper, every Delhi artist will tell you they travel to Gurgaon. In practice, a 7am bridal start at a Golf Course Road venue, with an artist commuting from Defence Colony, eats into prep time you cannot make up. For morning-start weddings, a Gurgaon-local or DLF-local artist often serves you better than a bigger South Delhi name.

1. Gurgaon-native studios
A growing cohort of artist-studios based in DLF Phase 1-5, Sushant Lok, and Sector 56-57. Usually mid-tier pricing, strong for HD finishes, and short commutes to every major NCR venue.
2. South Delhi artists who cover Gurgaon heavily
Includes our own studio — Delhi-based but with 30-40% of our weddings in Gurgaon. We factor commute into the morning start time and usually arrive on-site the night before for early-start weddings.
3. Imported destination names
Artists from Mumbai, Jaipur or Udaipur flown in for specific aesthetic fit. Common for high-budget weddings at The Leela or Trident. Travel adds to the price.

If the aesthetic is your priority, book the artist whose work you love regardless of city. If the schedule is tight (6am start), a local artist or an outside artist who agrees to stay at the venue the night before is essential.
Is Gurgaon bridal cheaper than Delhi bridal?+
Roughly equal at every tier. The commute savings go to the artist, not the bride.
How much buffer time should I give my artist for a Gurgaon wedding?+
