All pricing on this website is indicative of approach, not a binding rate. Final quotes are personalised based on your wedding date, ceremonies, venue, skin needs, family additions, and travel. A quote is valid for 14 days from the date it is shared with you.

Quotes do not reserve calendar dates. A date is only blocked when we receive your deposit (see Section 4).

We offer bridal, engagement & reception, party, mature-skin specialty, destination wedding, and masterclass & training services as described on /services. The exact inclusions for your booking are documented in the personalised quote you receive from us. Where the quote and these terms differ, the quote prevails.

Booking is confirmed only when we receive your signed quote/acceptance and the deposit. Our standard payment schedule is:

• 40% deposit — to confirm and block the date
• 30% — payable two weeks before the wedding
• 30% — payable on the wedding morning

For destination weddings, travel and accommodation costs are paid in full at the deposit stage so we can book flights, stay, and the buffer day.

Payment methods accepted: UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, cash (only for amounts below statutory limits). We do not accept post-dated cheques. A GST invoice is issued where applicable.

One paid trial is included in your bridal booking. The trial is a working session — we test base, eye, and lip against your outfit and lighting and document the chosen look. Additional trials are available; pricing is shared at the time of booking.

Trial appointments must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance and are subject to studio or destination availability.

We arrive with the buffer documented in your quote (typically 4 hours before the ceremony start). We bring a full backup kit, an assistant artist where the package specifies, and a touch-up kit for handover at the end.

We expect a private, well-lit working space at the venue, access to clean water and a power outlet, and reasonable time blocks per face. Delays caused by venue access, family logistics, or last-minute additions are outside our control — we will do our best, but the schedule may shift.

We use professional-grade products from reputable international brands. If you have known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions, please tell us at the trial stage so we can adjust the product layering. Where requested, we can provide a list of ingredients in advance.

We are not liable for adverse skin reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, by products you applied before or after our service, or by environmental factors at the venue (extreme heat, humidity, or chemical exposure).

All images, text, brand marks, schema, and design on sonisinghartistry.com are the property of Soni Singh Artistry unless explicitly credited otherwise. No content may be reproduced, scraped, or republished without our written permission.

Photography of your bridal look may be used in our portfolio, social media, and marketing only with your explicit written consent at the time of booking. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing sonisingh07700@gmail.com.

We work with respect and expect the same. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement where our team is subjected to abusive behaviour, harassment, or unsafe working conditions. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies as if you had cancelled.

We may list our work on platforms such as WedMeGood, ShaadiSaga, Instagram, or similar. Reviews and pricing displayed on those platforms are governed by their own terms, not ours. Always confirm directly with us before booking through a third-party listing.

Bookings made through other accounts impersonating "Soni Singh" — including but not limited to @sonimakeover, @sonisinghmua, @sonisingh268, "Makeup by Soni Singh", "Blush Beauty by Soni" — are not bookings with us. We are reachable only via @sonisingh_artistry on Instagram and sonisinghartistry.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi. We are committed to resolving complaints quickly and in good faith — please reach out to us first before escalating.

We may update these terms when our process or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Existing bookings are honoured on the terms in force at the time of deposit.
