At Soni Singh Artistry, India destination weddings start at ₹1.25 lakh all-inclusive (Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Goa, Kolkata, Amritsar, Mumbai). International destinations start at ₹2.5 lakh — Dubai, London, Bangkok, Colombo — and include flights, two-night stay, the buffer day for venue light scouting, and the full travel kit. The bridal fee on top depends on number of ceremonies.

Return flights for the artist and assistant, two-night stay at a venue-adjacent or planner-recommended hotel, a buffer day for venue light scouting, one in-studio trial in Delhi before travel (or video trial for international brides), the full bridal travel kit (humidity-proof, sandstorm-proof, transfer-proof), and a touch-up assistant on-site through the ceremonies.

India destinations: 4 – 6 months in advance for peak season (November – February). International destinations: 6 – 9 months for visa-clearance and flight pricing. The deposit and travel-cost upfront payment let us book honest flight fares — last-minute international bookings cost more because the flights cost more.

A pre-set hydration mask is replaced by a humidity-control primer at the venue itself (not in the hotel — the air is different). The base shifts to airbrush for high-humidity ceremonies, and we set with a film-forming setting spray that resists water vapour. The reception touch-up kit carries blot powder + sweat-proof lip for the assistant to reapply.

We arrive 30 minutes earlier than scheduled at venues with strict access (Taj Lake Palace, City Palace Udaipur, Rambagh Jaipur, Umaid Bhawan Jodhpur). The light-scouting day is when we work out where exactly the artist sets up — most heritage venues do not allow a full backstage setup, so we adapt to a portable kit station.

Yes — that is our default for India destinations. The standard 3-day Udaipur or Jaipur wedding typically includes mehendi (day 1), haldi + sangeet (day 2), pheras + reception (day 3). We are on-site from the day before (light scouting) through to the morning after the reception. Priyanka Mehta's three-day Udaipur wedding in November 2025 was exactly this structure.

We arrive 48 hours before the first ceremony for India destinations, 72 hours for international. The buffer absorbs flight delays. We also brief your wedding planner directly so if there is a venue change or schedule shift, we adapt without waking the bride.

Yes — family-member looks at destination are quoted as a per-person add-on (mother of the bride ₹18,000, siblings ₹16,000) but billed at the same India rates because our travel cost is already paid. The advantage of destination is that family-side bookings cost the same as Delhi bookings, not "destination tax" rates that some artists charge.

For international destinations, yes — we travel with a senior bridal hairstylist as part of the kit. For India destinations, hair is optional; sometimes brides hire a local hairstylist (especially for traditional regional hairstyles like Bengali or South Indian). We coordinate either way.

The kit splits across cabin and check-in. Cabin holds all the irreplaceable products and the trial-tested colour matches. Check-in holds the bulk products and the backup line. Brushes are sanitised and packed in a sealed travel case. Customs declarations are pre-filed for international travel. We have never had a customs hold for makeup kit.

40% deposit + full travel cost to confirm the booking (so we can book flights). 30% two weeks before. The remaining 30% on the wedding morning. If you cancel: the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 12 months; the travel cost is partially refundable depending on flight cancellation rules.
