Privacy Policy

Soni Singh Artistry ("we", "us", "our") is a bridal makeup studio run by Soni Singh, based in Delhi, India. You can contact us at sonisingh07700@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 93197 40040.

When you submit the contact form on /contact, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your email address
• Wedding date, venue city, event type, and investment-comfort range
• The free-text message you write about the look or service you want
• Technical metadata: timestamp of submission, the page you submitted from, and your browser's user-agent (used to spot bots)

We do not run analytics, third-party advertising pixels, or session-recording tools on this site. We do not use cookies for tracking. The only cookies that may be set are essential cookies required for the website to function (none currently active).

We collect personal information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation or trial, prepare a personalised bridal quote, and (if you book) deliver the service you have engaged us for.

We do not use your information for marketing automation, do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit opt-in, and do not profile you for any purpose.

Form submissions are written to two places:

• A Google Sheet owned by Soni Singh Artistry, accessed only by Soni and her assistant. The sheet is stored on Google Workspace servers in line with Google's own privacy and security commitments.
• An email notification sent to our official inbox so we can reply within four hours.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We do not pass it to advertisers, lead-generation marketplaces, or data brokers.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which we permanently delete it. Booking-related data (contracts, trial notes, day-of schedules) is retained for up to 7 years to honour tax and contractual record-keeping requirements under Indian law, and then deleted.

If you book and complete a wedding with us, we may also retain a few photos of the finished bridal look in our portfolio — only with your explicit written consent at the time of booking. You can ask for portfolio removal at any time.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you
• Request a copy of it
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
• Withdraw consent for any future processing
• Raise a grievance with us, and (if unresolved) with the Data Protection Board of India

To exercise any of these rights, email us at sonisingh07700@gmail.com with the subject line "Data request". We respond within 14 working days.

This website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel over TLS. Our Google Workspace account uses two-factor authentication. We restrict access to your information to the people who genuinely need it to serve you.

No system is perfect. If we ever discover a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board within the statutory timelines.

Our services are intended for adults planning weddings or beauty events. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to external profiles (Instagram, WhatsApp, third-party directories). Once you click those links, you are governed by the privacy policies of those platforms, not ours.

We update this policy when our practices or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are communicated to anyone with an active enquiry or booking.
