Yes. One full in-studio trial with skin prep, base, eye, lip, and a final reveal with your outfit and jewellery is included in the bridal price. We iterate until it is exactly right — Ritika from Gurgaon needed four passes on her base before we landed it. Additional trials are ₹15,000 each.

3 – 4 hours of full bridal application in your suite or at the venue, dupatta/veil setting, a touch-up assistant present throughout the ceremonies, a reception touch-up kit with your exact lip, blot powder and blush, and coordinated handover with your hairstylist. Skin-prep protocol is sent 30 days before the wedding.

3 hours for the base and full bridal look on a 22 – 35 year old bride. 3.5 – 4 hours for mature-skin brides where additional prep and product layering is needed. We always build a 30-minute buffer at the end for outfit, dupatta, and final review — so if you are dressed by 8am, we start at 4:30am.

Yes. Our base is a hybrid HD + airbrush technique chosen for your skin type and the day's environment. We test it for transfer (against your dupatta), water resistance (for the pheras sindoor moment and sometimes tears), and full-day wear through the trial. Most brides come back from the 11pm reception with their morning lip still on.

Yes — it is a dedicated specialty, not an afterthought. Our mature-skin technique uses layered cream products instead of powder-heavy bases that settle into fine lines. We do a patch test at the trial — every product on a small patch behind the ear and on the jawline. The 30-day skin-prep protocol (sent after your trial) helps calm acne-prone skin before the wedding. We always carry a hypoallergenic backup line in the kit for last-minute reactions.

Please do. Three to five reference photos work better than ten — pick looks where you love the skin finish, eye intensity, and lip colour separately. We deliberately do not copy looks 1:1 because your features and the reference's features are different — but the references are how we calibrate expectations together.

Dupatta and veil setting is included on the wedding morning — we pin, layer, and set the drape so it sits correctly through the pheras. Hair styling is billed separately by our senior bridal hairstylist (₹18K – ₹35K per ceremony) but coordinated through us so you have one point of contact.

November – February peak season fills 8 – 10 months in advance. We currently have limited slots for 2026 winter and are opening 2027 from June 2026. Off-peak (March – October) typically books 3 – 4 months out. WhatsApp us your date and we reply within 4 hours with availability.

40% deposit to confirm the date and lock the calendar. 30% two weeks before the wedding. The remaining 30% on the wedding morning before makeup begins. Bank transfer, UPI, and credit cards (3% surcharge) accepted. GST invoice on request.
